ABUSED E-MAILS
I been asking petcarerx.com to please stop sending me
e-mails I WANT TO UNSUSCRIBE
It seems they do not understand. I find those people
over aggresive, but I have news for you!!! you are
just plainly chasing customers away. I will never,
ever buy anything from that company.

Terrible customer service and stupid people on the phone
These folks couldn't have screwed my order up more it they were trying. They didn't ship my dog's medicine when they said because my vet didn't cooperate with them...not their fault, but they didn't bother to inform me that they were having a problem.
From there it only got worse! They screwed billing my charge card up to the point where they sent me over my limit, then delayed the shipment, they didn't do what they said that they would do, the supervisor was rude and curt and when I asked to speak with her supervisor, they wouldn't patch me through.
Terrible customer service and STUPID people on the phone..not a good combination for a website.

Awful experience
PetCareRX. Please consider this story before you purchase anything from this website. On Monday my vet diagnosed my new 8 week old puppy with a skin issue that may be mange. She suggested Revolution. I went to PetCareRx, submitted and submitted my order Monday afternoon. Tuesday morning the fax from PCR was at my vet for authorizaton for the medication. My vet faxed it back immediately. I paid ALOT extra for 2 day shipping because I have other animals and this condition might be contagious and it needed prompt attention. PCR did not ship my order until THURSDAY. So from Tuesday morning to Thursday, NOTHING was done...So of course, the medication will not be here until Monday ( I hope). This is unexcuseable. When I complained to PCR on Thursday I received an acknowledgment which said I would here from a representative within one day. Today is Saturday and I have not heard a word from the company. I will never use PETCARERX.com again and would suggest noone else do so either."
