I complained to your repair department about my land line not working. They checked and said it was on the outside of my home. A repair person was to come out the same day. Oct.13 up to 8PM. Phone rang and said they would be out on Oct 14th, 8-5. No one showed up for a second day and no one called. I called your service dept which took forever using up all my cell phone minutes and the person I spoke with said he would have the repair person call me right away and give me approx. time of arrival. Again, no one called and no one showed up. Now, I've been without a phone for three days. I cannot fax, which is why I have a land phone. Giving me a credit means nothing to me. It's a shame that you cannot provide any communication to customers. This is really been a hastle for me. Why can't you send someone to fix my line.
