I purchased a bus ticket from Boston to Springfield for travel on October 8, 2010. The purchase was a reserved seat on the 5:15 pm bus, and the ticket says in plain English it is only good for the 5:15 pm departure on 10/8/2010.
I arrived in plenty of time.The bus filled up and took off while I was in line. The driver before departing assured me they were bringing another bus around, but it never showed up.
If my ticket is good only for the specified trip then they should have held a seat for such reservations.
I sent in a form requesting a refund and have heard nothing. Phone calls wind up on hold and then cycle to the operator who sends the call back to go on hold for another 10 minutes until timing out to the operator again.
Peter Pan reserved seating is a rip-off and their customer service is pathetic.
