Never, never, and never buy any product from this company. At the time of this economic crisis, they prey on customer's mistake to make profits. I paid $69.99 for a bag of 15.4 lbs dog food at a price for a 29.7 lbs. They list the 29.7 lbs on their website for $68.49; so of course, for $69.99, most people would assume that is the price for the 29 lbs bag. Customer service did NOTHING to help; evidently, these people don't know anything about good business practice or business ethics. They seem to be practicing deceptiveness and enjoy doing it! Write to the NY Secretary of State, write to the Better Business Bureau, submit more reviews to unveil their deceptive act, submit to the ComplaintsBoard.com, etc. Don't let them get away with this.
