This company has sold me a defective product and will not honor my 2 year warranty.
I have faxed/emailed/snail mailed the company notifying them of this breach of contract. However they have yet to respond.
I will most likely have to end up suing them to get my CatGenie repaired.
Is the repair of an automated litterbox really worth going to court? Honestly, I think that's what they are counting on.
