when i filled Rs.100.00 petrol direct in my bike tank then my bike give me 70km mileage and opposite this when i filled Rs.100.00 petrol in a bottle then my bike give me 90km mileage. this is surely fraud by petrol pump. i am tolrate this situation for last one year. pls do something for this.

I am bringing the notice to all customer who move around outer ring road in DElhi, A dealer of IOC in Prashant Vihar at the outer ring road had employees who fools the customer in billing by hiding the price counter, or try to divert the focus of customer from the meter, or do some setting in the electronic counter to fools the customer. I also want the suggestion to how to book/catch this petrol pump.

i happend to visit indian oil petrol pum which is situated inbangalore near swastic, toward malleswaram beside Idigar Bhavan, oppo to old Binny mill.

as i apporoched for petrol near pump me and along with other fellow waiting in line for petorl, but the attender purposelly negeleted and supplied petorl to the vechile which came in between, on questioning the attender dint respond and the cash collector also dint bother to either correct or direct the attender to attend the customer those who are in line,
beside that they both stated arguing with me using fould language,

why cant your staff to be trained on behavious with customer and serve them in line,
it was very nusance i felt like shame for comming for petorl.

Yesterday evening I went to HPCL Petrol pump at Kormangala, near to Forum mall, Bangalore, Karnataka and asked for filling my pulsar 150cc bike ( tank full), it was a bit above reserve.
Fuel capacity of Pulsar 150cc is 14 litres ( incl reserve).

What shocked me is the guy at petrol pump filled my bike, but bill was Rs 914.47 totalling 17.30 litres of petrol !!!

How could it happen for a 14 litre tank???
i have bill wid me.

request you to refund of excess money ( appx 400 bucks) taken ( I paid by credit card)
