The carrier was advertised to completely allow you to discretely bring your small dog "anywhere" with out being detected but it didn't even close up completely! I couldn't believe when my 2lb puppy could actually escape out of it in seconds! The owner lied in their advertising and will not give a full refund of the total amount including shipping charges charged to my credit card for the complete wast of my time! Even after communicating to him that his product did not do what they advertised it doing! Keeping my little dog safely inside and undetected! The crooks sure don't care about repeat business!
