We brought our Yorkie over at Petsmart for grooming yesterday morning. The negligent untrained groomer's name is Linda. Our appointment was at around 10:00 am. After a couple of hours we received a call from this groomer stating that our Yorkie will be ready in about an hour. At around 12:45 pm we picked up the dog, Linda did not disclosed the fact the she cut and hurt the dog somewhere around his right leg. Later that day, we noticed that the dog is licking something by his leg; and so we looked and saw the cut. We contacted Petsmart immediately, unfortunately they are already closed at 6:00 pm. The following day, our veterinarian told us that he needed stitches because the cut was deep. We contacted Petsmart again and reported the incident to a certain Michael who is supposed to be the acting manager at the time. At this time, our vet will send them the prognosis report and Petsmart will have to pay!. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS TO THIS STORE. THEIR STAFF IS NOT PROPERLY TRAINED. THEY WILL HURT THEM!!!
