I have taken my Weimaraner to the PetSmart hotel a number of times over the past 12 months.
They were super friendly, however twice now I recieved a bill I had not expected reflecting charges that I was never informed of. The last of which I was not allowed to recieve my dog until the bill was paid. The bill was $294.00 I am also contacting Petsmart corporate regarding this matter.
The next step will be to contact the BBB
