I ordered a puppy package from Petstreetmall on August 25, 2009 via their website and 2 days later I got a call from one of their agents who told me that my credit card was declined. I told that agent that there shouldn't be any problems with my credit card and that he should try to run it again. Five days later, I called Petstreetmall to check if they were able to process my order and they said that my card was again declined and that I have to try and order again online. And so I ordered again online using a second credit card to make sure it would work this time because maybe they were having issues with American Express. Two days later I discovered that I was charged for the same order on both of my credit cards! I called Petstreetmall to ask credit for the double charged order. I told them nicely (since everybody makes mistakes and so I asked nicely) that it was not a mistake on my part for making a second order because one of their agents told me that my first order did not go through and I want to get my money back for the 2nd order. Clearly, their company has internal communication problems! If my order was being processed already on the 1st credit card, then the agent that I talked to should have said so and I would not have made that second order. Now, this is not the worst of it. They also wanted me to pay for shipping fees for returning the 2nd ordered merchandise, which to me, is totally unfair. Why would I pay for their mistake??? I talked to their management and still they do not want to make concessions on their part.
Ladies and gentlemen, I hope you have read this before making a purchase from Petstreetmall. It's already September 9, 2009, 15 days after I made my first order with them and I still haven't received my order. Don't be fooled by their free shipping gimmick because you have to go through a lot of hassle or it will take you forever just to receive your order. Heed this caveat!
