I Had been made to understand that I would pay a $5.95 fee to receive the email from people who were responding to me concerning my buying a puppy., I then could not open or answer any of the responses. I then have been charged a monthly fee which I did not authorize. I have been unable to stop this monthly scam. There is no way to reach these people, No telephone response, no email response.

Please advise how to stop this from continuing smb.
