Every person you speak with at this firm gives a different answer to the question. I had a payment agreement with them, started getting mail from another company about the same obligation but not honoring all terms of the agreement. So in early December I sent Pezzuto a letter and asked them to please clarify the agreement and tell me where to now send the payments. They did not respond. Then this week I get a letter from each of them--one asking for payment and the other thanking me for the payment. Ms. Warren at Pezzuto says their firm never sends out these letters, so it must be from somebody else. I am switched to her supervisor, who says the letter came from them. When I told her Ms. Warren felt differently, she hung up on me. I can't very well re-establish the payment if they won't even communicate.

It had taken me two weeks to get the payment agreement established a year ago because similarly each time I called I got a different person and a different answer. They kept insisting they do not take payments, then gladly set up the arrangement. I have detailed notes of my conversations with them, which they say they have taped, so there should be no dispute over what was said.
