I WOULD LIKE TO AUTHENTICATE A JOB OFFER FROM PFIZER UK

I am Islam NasrAlla one of Pfizer’s employee in Saudi Arabia.I am trapped in Saudi Arabia since 2004 almost 5 years .with completely extorted rights from Pfizer international side. I sent my case to Corporate Compliance and to legal department and I sent all documents regarding the corruption I faced, but they did not helped me or secured me as they claimed in Pfizer blue book . Attached all e mails sent to Pfizer since October 13, 2004.And they gives green light to Pfizer Saudi Arabia through Abdalazez Shaheen (country manager) to do whatever they want on me and my rights, they hold my passport and my residency papers. They are keeping me with my wife and daughter and son in Saudi Arabia without salary or medical insurance since 5 years.They intensely using Saudi’s regulations to violet human rights, as I cannot work with any other sponsor without Pfizer ( or Abdalazez Shaheen )approval and for sure I cannot travel back to my country without my passport.The problem is my children, as my daughter now 6 years old and she should go to school as any chilled in hear age .without residency paper and with no money she will not be able to learn . On other hand, my son is not registered in Saudi government and he has no paper as will .Yes, Pfizer international is engaged in all of that. In 21th century Pfizer is responsible in destruction of families, not by fire them from their gob due to they are comply with fraud blue book but by deprivation them from their life.If you have time please have a lock in attached file you will found Pfizer humiliated face and misery I faced. I started taking Chantix to quit smoking a few days back. That night, something happened to me at work that isn't normal for me, but that wasn't a 'known' side effect (according to all I read on this drug before taking it). Therefore, I called the 877 phone number for Chantix's free support to tell them of my concern and find out if it was just a fluke or if this really might have been caused by taking the drug one time or just at least to talk to someone about it who should be concerned and helpful or knowledgable.

The "support" line is a total joke. I got no support at all, I hung up frustrated and just wanting to have a cigarette due to not being heard. First, when you call, you have to give your ID number to the automated system. No problem. When you do get a human on the phone, you have to give that same number again (aggravating). Plus this person needs you to verify your full name, address, email address, and I think phone number. You must do this each time you call. Only then will they listen to you. It's supposed to be asupport line, not an information collecting line...

So I told the kid my concern and told him I hadn't read this to be a side effect. Had to even repeat what I said because he wasn't listening. He only told me that's not a known side effect (duh, I knew that) and wanted me to talk to a medical staff member to let them know about this. Sure, I'm willing to talk to someone else. I was put on hold for 10 minutes listening to the same LOUD 15 second music loop. Someone picked up and immediately put me back on hold without saying anything. I waited another few minutes and hung up.

My complaint is all the staffers who answer the phone should be over 35 so they have some life experiences and know what stress is instead of 20 somethings who don't even have the knowledge that they are working in a place that is supposed to give support to people reaching out for it and therefore, should be patient, have good listening skills, and offer advice and help. All the staffers should also be ex smokers so they know what you are going through.

I feel as though this 'support' line is just another way for Pfizer to collect more money... I believe they are using what patients say during the phone calls for research purposes and to benefit their pockets instead of truly looking to help patients. The drug cost me $132, I'm putting my emotional, mental, and physical health at risk with this drug and all the side effects people have experienced, and I get NO help from the 'support' phone number.

1- we suffer from pfizer discrimination in hiring new employee I mean non egyptian, any CV for non egyptian not accepted in pfizer, only accept egyptian CV to hire them, any non egyptian nationality refused and throw in the basket in Pfizer Saudi arabia. even in promotion for Medical REpresentative the management looking to promote egyptian medical representatives(career futur).

2- about bhaviors the managemnt in make business depend on deals and offers with physicians and purchasers in Pfizer Saudi Arabia.

about the document you can ask any medical representative or non egyptian pharmacist from out the Pfizer organization or ask about results Gallup servey made before two weeks to discover Pfizer Saudi Arabia.
