PhantomEFX go around saying they are the best but they aren't they have so many problems on and offline with their games that people should BEWARE!! They have a online gaming community where they charge you a fee to play... I would NOT recommend anyone to get sucked into entering this online world. They have lag issues so bad you can't move (it's a 3d world) you can't chat you actually can't do anything, when people complain (usually it's numerous people) they say it is your internet connection and/or your computer how can this be for hundreds of different people from all over the world (Australia, America, Canada etc.). Though the problems is not just on their online game it is their offline game also. I left their online community after no customer help at all and/or fixes for their numerous errors, I played my already owned games offline what a joke, the poker (chicago hi/lo, texas hold'em, omaha), does not play properly at all here is one example of an error, all players go all in except you and as play moves around the table you gain $2000 each time it passes you huh that is so not right, you gain money for nothing LOL and their is so many more that their at room to mention them all...so I just want to warn all stay away from PhantomEFX games it is so not worth the aggraviation!!!
