I ordered a free trial for which I knew I was to pay shipping and handling in two seperate charges of .95 and $3.00. About 10 days later a charge of $79.95 showed up on my account.
Before I could stop them they sent another bottle and charged me $84.90. I e-mailed them to refund my money. They replied that I had I agreed to this and would not refund my money. All I want to do is return these un opened bottles and get my money back. When I call the 877-726-3829 I get a machine the let me cancel the order however they also ask if you have questions about charges but you can not reach a person. The recording just states that "most of our customers preffer automatic shipping so they don't have to worry about reorders". There is no button for a representative.
How do I get my money back and return these bottles?
