Pharmacist on duty on 11-3-09 between 11am and 3pm contacted a prescriber that had called in
persriptions in for me. After informing me that I had signed a contract with a pain center. I asked
her not to call the prescriber and told her I signed no contract, but with such poor customer
skills at CVS, she went ahead and did it anyway without verifing a sign copy of a contract. When
infact a contract was not sign until 12-10-09, IHAVE THAT CONTRACT IN HAND. She could
careless about me as a customer as she kept insicting that I had signed something I did not, but
assumed I did anyway. The prescriber she contacted, under false pretenses, refused to treat me
any longer because of her call to him with a false contract she could not produce. Calling
managment of the store was no help or CVS main office they will always back thier
employees no matter what!!!
STAY AWAY FROM CVS BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH !!!
