Sunday the 6th of December 2009, me and my family was at Phase 2 Cd's at Mall @ Reds, whilst browsing, I came across a Cd that my daughter wanted that was marked R59.95, I proceeded to the till to pay that price for the Cd, when the cashier Hannes scanned it he told me R160, I told him to look at the price and how it had been marked, and that he has an obligation to give it to me at that price since clearly one of their merchandisers had marked it wrong, which is not the clients problem, he told me there is no way he can give it to me at that price.There was no manager or owner in sight that could even assist.he merely took the CD, took of the price and put it back on the shelf, most retail companies will give the product to you at the price it has on, the ones who values their customers. Why do i have to get the short end of the stick, if they are clearly the ones who is not capable to do their jobs properly, and where is management. This was just badly and unprofessionally handled.
