I ordered Phentermine with refills of 5 by this pharmacy.

When I attempted to place first refill, they reponded by saying I had to contact my physician for refills when I already have 5 with this prescription.

I attempted to contact the pharmacy to inquire about problem and their response was to send same e-mail in all caps stating I had to contact the physician who had authorized 5 refills in the beginning.

The first refill was attempted in November of this year. I have ordered from Frontier for a couple of years prior to this problem without a problem but this time they refused to assist with resolving the situation and their response was unprofessional and rude.

I ordered through them on 10/18/08.
THey withdrew the money from my bank account on 10/21/08 ($189.00) through an outsourced pay company (verification.net)

I have received e-mails from them assuring me my order would be sent out.
On 12/18/08 I rec'd another telling me they had new management and shipments would go out on 1/5/09.
I have not rec'd a reply or my order (Order # 317010)
