I wish I had read this before, so for those who may fall prey to this in the future, you HAVE to take steps to stop these perpetrators of FRAUD. Yes, this is called INTERSTATE WIRE FRAUD. The Federal Government defines is as follows:

WIRE FRAUD - 18 USC 1343, makes it a Federal crime or offense for anyone to use interstate wire communications facilities in carrying out a scheme to defraud.

First: That the person knowingly and willfully devised a scheme to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false pretenses, representations or promises; and

Second: That the person knowingly transmitted or caused to be transmitted by wire in interstate commerce some sound for the purpose of executing the scheme to defraud.

Sound familiar? File a complaint with the Attorney General of your State, of NY State and the state where the delivery originated, (in my case was Idaho). Present all the facts to the Food and Drug administration and the FBI ( interstate fraud division). This is clear case of deception. After that, contact any and all TV stations, newspapers, etc., that you think might listen to you. January is just aound the corner and this is the time when Media outlets love to run stories about weight loss scams. i wish I could get my money back, but I'll work really hard to get at least $219 of Media exposure, law enforcement scrutiny, fraud prevention.
