On 12/16/08 I cancelled my order, #555006 & #555007, for an appetite suppressant (Phentremine) and a cleansing product (Phentremine Total Cleanse. I never received the product. On 12/17/08 I was charged $79.83. This amount also caused my bank account to be overdrawn, incurring a $26.00 fee.
When I was finally able to get through to the listed number (12/29/08) I am told that the product was shipped on 12/02/08, and that my cancellation was not received in time to stop the $79.83 charge, even though it was a day before the charge was incurred.
To date, I still have not received any product from this company. The woman I spoke with refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor, saying that the supervisor would tell me the same thing she was telling me, and that the supervisor was busy upstairs with her own work.
If I had received the product, I would pay for it and make sure no future shipments were made. My problem is that I am being charged for a product that I have never received.
I am due a refund of the $79.83 that was charged to my account, and I would like a letter of apology sent to my bank asking that the $26.00 overdraft fee be reversed due to the charge being unauthorized.
