I was referred through the Shop Mania website after selecting the best deal on a Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 to the Phetla IT Solutions website. I concluded my purchase on their website and selected to pay by EFT.

I received an email confirming my purchase. The Shop Mania website indicated my order would be delivered in about 6 days.

10 days later I started to panic and then tried about a hundred time to contact Phetla. None of my emails were replied to. There 1 telephone number was never answered and I left so many messages.

I contacted ShopMania and told them about the problem and 1 day later received a call from a man named Nash who apologised and gave an excuse that a new firewall system of theirs must have blocked my emails. He also claimed that he could see my payment but didnt know who it was from (even though I had a reference number on the payment) He assured me my product would be sent immediately but still wanted to see my proof of payment. He also promised me R200 voucher for the inconvenience.

I sent all of the above after eventually getting his email address correct. 1 month later after order and still no webcam, no voucher...nothing!
