I took my car to change something that cost me more than $700. I asked them to do another thing. I want them to check leaking water in the passenger side. when it's hard rain, I have water in a car up to 2". They said they ran the water outside windshield for 2 hours. it was nothing happen, no leaking. while I was go back to inside a car , I felt like.. why my windshield is still look dusty .. same when I came. But I didn't thing that the big dealer will be a lier. It was my first car and first time to go fix a car. I drove out for a few miles and look at it. All dust was still hard ,many leaves was still there. Look like , no any water ran outside the windshield.

Another thign, they made me feel like a criminal. I would sign a check for them. The problem was my name is not on a check. they couldn't accept it, I understood that. Then, the casier told me to go get money at the bank. So, I had to walk out ot my car and started a car. The manager ran to me, stop-stop. They would take me to the bank, leave a car here! I could understand that .. ok. I can go with my car and not caome back. BUT why they not tell me before I will walk out to my car. Just offer to me before I already start a car. I really feel that I am a criminal that time.
