Hi. I would like to post a complaint about Phil Long Hundai-Motor City (PLH) in Colorado Springs, CO.

I purchsed a 2006 Hyundai Elantra from PLH on 9-23-06. I was promised the following:

-complete detail of vehicle
-complete repair of windshield rock chip (did send someone to fix windshield, but it was not done correctly and causes blinding light at times) -set of vehicle keys as they only had a valet key to give me -emissions paperwork -odometer paperwork on car that I traded in and on new Elantra

To date, none of the above has been taken care of. I have reported the issues above(minus the vehicle detail) to the Colorado Department of Revenue Auto Industry Divison. As of 10-13-06, PLH had received the complaint through the Auto Industry Divison with a requirement to rectify the situation within 10 days.

To date, PLH has made no attempt to contact me or rectify the situation.

Further, PLH issued financial paperwork to me stating that I was financed through JP Morgan Chase Bank. I have come to find out that I am financed through Compass Bank. I consider this false documentation.
