They are making me do tasks where they should be doing it. Philhosting company is using a third-party solution for credit card payments and I had a problem with the third-party. It was charging me $200 when it should only charge me with Php200 or about $4.5. I told them that I will not pay since it is not correct and they said they can't answer that problem so I should just email the other company.

Oh and their response took 1 week but on their website it says they will answer questions within 24 hours. The first support ticket I submitted for them regarding the problem was closed without any replies so I had to open another one.
