I had some problems with my DVD . It was not reading the CD's , hence I took it to the NASHIK PHILIPS SERVICE CENTRE on 13/11/2006

I was given the DVD back on 16/11/2006 after charging Rs. 193/- and was said that a strip was damaged and was replaced. At home when I started it after 1/2 an hour it started giving the same problems as was earlier.
Again I rang them up. They told me to bring the DVD back to them i.e on 18/11/2006. The technician checked it and said that its loader was not functioning and should be replaced. They gave me the DVD after repairing it ( changed CPU CDM ) and charged me Rs. 1080/-. on 2/11/2006.
After reaching home again when it was played for 1/2 an hour the same problem occurred.
It clearly shows that the technicians of so called Philips service station could not detect the problem and caused me unnecessary wastage of my time and money.
