I am trying to get information on a problems with a Philips Plasma TV. The problem was caused by a power outage and not a Mfg defect. However, I have three service man out to the house to look at the problem and have received repair estimates ranging from $700.00 to $3, 400. I am simply trying to reach Philips to ask two questions that are not addressed on there self service web site. All efforts to communicate with Philips directly have been denied because I do not have an active service contract.
At his point I will never have a service contract with Philips because I will never purchase a new Philips product. I suggest no one ever purchases a a new product from Philips because of their information service policy.
