I purchased phillippe richards pots and pans for a 2008 christmas gift. I sent in the 40.00 rebate and have not received my monies back. I would like to have my rebate as that is the reason I bought this product from JC Penneys.

PS I previously just sent this complaint but accidently typed 30.00 instead of 40.00 rebate!!
