the products i ordered was to be shipped free of charge, when recieved they did not work. I was sent a return lable a month later. the products have been returned, however i, m still being charged for them as well as being charged for products that was to be shipped free from my december order. this pass friday i recevied confrimation for items that have been sent back. i was told that these items was to be removed and that my peach direct account would be credited that has not happened.
i, m writting the state attorneys office as well as the better business breau in reference to this problem, i also intent to join in on a class action suit being filed against complaines such as yours. I will not be sending you or ge money bank any more funds as it has come to my attention that you are on the list as a complany of scammers.
nor will i accept any more of your confirmations on products that i do not have.
