The products sold for Infant care - are so very expensive, that hospitals in tier II cities are not able to afford. Even when we afford by some funding.
The Company products like Phoenix - medical devices, only if the product is under AMC respond to the complaint. If we pay the high AMC charges and ask them to look at the products for complaints. The response is very poor and on top of it for even small problems they charge hefty amounts.
Phoenix medical systems are extracting money to the core from hospitals. and medical devices such as these which are life saving should be made affordable to common public.
Companies such as Phoenix recently had also tied up with GE medical and they are going to spoil the whole infant care products being supplied to hospitals.
The companies such as these should be scrutinized and legal actions to be taken where they are extracting the money from hospitals even for small problems.
