I was charged 1.00 to have a back ground check done. When no information was given on what I was requesting I ask to have my 1.00 refunded. The 1.00 was refunded and then recharged. I let it go because it was only a 1.00 But later I was charged 18.95 on my bank statement. Is there any thing that can be done to eleviate this and get this refunded. Thank you Ray

8/16/2010 when I signed up for phone agent source online, typed my father's name and it said possible match only to find out that they cant find no match after 3 hours.I cancelled the membership right away the next day.Talked to CS agent&I was told it takes 48hours to do the process & I need to goto my acount again to finalize the cancellation procedure only to find out that I got hit with $18.95 fee.Called today spoke w/ Brandishe was very obnoxious & threatened methatshewill hangup& wont help me bec.I raisedmy voice

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I Came across Phone Agent Source and they claimed to give you information and a trial for only 1$ so I figured for 1$ why not. I paid the dollar and they didnt give me any of the information they claimed they would and the dollar was only forone credit to use for one informational report. So I figure I'm an idiot let me cancel this thing (they say if you dont cancel within a certain number of days they start charging you the monthy fee of $18.95. Now canceling the account was the difficult part until I clicked the live chat with an agent option.

I was getting crank calls to my cell phone from a number in Florida. I saw this company on the net and decided to try and find out who was calling. When I signed up I entered the number and they could not provide me with any information on the number. For this I was charged 1.00 which was then refunded. I automatically decided I didn't want this service and sent them an email to [email protected], I never received a response but figured they would respond if it was the wrong way to do it or if they needed further info. They NEVER responded and all of sudden I get charged a monthly fee of 18.95 for something I didn't use and cancelled the same date (they ask you cancel within 7 days but do not explain on their page how to do so) I called and although they know I emailed they said that they charged me because they could and because I didn't use their live chat or phone number they just did it. This is a fraud, please be aware and look all over these sites for the fine print.
