monthly charges???
***Phone Agents*** I used the system once 6 months ago and was chrged $1.00 as explained to me. After examining my credit card bill see that I have been charged $18.95 a month ever since. Have had ZERO results cancelling by phone and also ZERO results cancelling via the internet. I WANT TO BE REEMBURSED for the past 6 months !!! A total of $113.70 (18.95 x 6)
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated .
Is this legal?

Illegally charged $18.95 on credit card
I am requiring a refund on an illegal charge on my credit card of $18.95
Please inform immediately of action taken.
Phone Agent Identity Security and Resource Suite. Refunded $1.00 but charged an additional $18.95. Refunded order number 641350 dated August7, 2010. I have no idea what this $18.95 is for nor did I authorize this expenditure and consequently charge on my credit card. I also want to make sure that this company deletes my credit card number from any further charges. Please inform what action this company is taking so that I won't have to report this as a scam.

I called the phoneagentcs and the guy said no problem I will take you off the charged acc.and everything will be o:k. what the *** happened. I was charged 18.95 for something i did not want. what kind of outfit is this thing. they get you into their little scheme and then its hard to get your money back. how do I get ahold of a person to get my money refunded to my credit card? what else can I say that it was a company that i wanted a listing of sex offendfers in my area.

Rip off
Phoneagentcs.com is a rip off. They took my money and did nothing for it. I do not remember giving them my debit card number. But they claimed I did. When I complained. Shirley who I talked to on the chat line, said she would refund 50% of the charges. But as of yet I ahve not received the refund.
These people are a rip off. Completely and surely as my name is Barbara Bussell. They say they are are going to refund the money then they do not.
Please do not do business with them. Their are pure liars.

Scam
Shirley promised to send me the money back on my debit card. The amount of $18.95half of it was suppose to be deposited back into my debit card. I have not received it as of yet.
Will ypu please check it out. I have a copy of our chat on line. I copied it just in case the money was not deposited back in my debit card.
Please check it out. I do not want to take this to the Internet Problems. Besides I never got the pc protection my computer. Or the virus protection on my computer yet.

Took money from my debit account
Phoneagents took money from my debit account without me authorizing them.I can't remember them sending me any notice about doing this. When I checked my account I found a dollar was being deducted from my account almost every day. I gave no one this authority. I have had no other problems from my debit card company. Who is phoneagent anyway I don't even know who they are. How do I get in touch with them? I'm a senior citizen and don't have much money. I don't have dollars to give away for nothing. I need every penny I've got.

Bad service
I wanted to purchase a report of a client. It said that I could get their criminal history, credit, etc. I signed up for $1.00 fee with my ATM. I never got the report as it said there were 4 of the same name. No information abvailable. I was charged a fee of $18.95 for 2 months, untill I cancelled it, that I did not authorize. When found them online and asked them about it, they said it was the agreemenet. I never marked a box with an agreement like you have to do when you sign up for something online. They said they would refund my July fee after I threatened to report them to Better business Bureau. I hate this type of thing. It is not fair and you can't trust anyone any more.

charges
I was charged &1.00 for a free look up of a person and actually did not get any information. The problem I have is the $18.95 that was taken out of my account for this service without my authorization. I have already emailed the company for the return of my money on 07/17/10 as of today I have not been reembursed and I want my money back NOW. I thought I would try to use the system as long as I was being charged and guess what? Low and behold I cannot get any information still and they want another $18.95. If I do not get my money back, I will get ahold of the BBB. I think this is a SCAM.
