I was looking over my bill to day from the phone company and found two charges for two
different services that I never ordered now take in mind I have no home phone only internet
service. This has happened to me 2 times the first time was about a year ago but this time
it was from Voice Mail Services 1-866-473-1981 witch are oporating under the name of
Voicevox and the other one was from Email Discount Networks LLC 1-800-730-8199.

I call up the phone company and I told them what I had found and the guy on the phone said
let me transfer you to someone that can help you with that I'm on the line about 2 mins.and
I get Enhanced Services Billing Inc.on the line and now this guy is not being of any help he
just want's to get me off the phone he tells me let me look up you account so I give him my
info and he tells me oh I will not be able to help you with this you have to call the two
service providers direct in order to get this taken care of and then after a little ranting
and raving from me this guy says would you like the number for the service providers so I
take down the numbers and then this clown says so with service provider would you like me to
transfer you to first. Man what a joke and wast of time.

I just got off the phone with Voice Mail Services 12/15/09 at 2:30 pm ET I got this laddy on
the line and she looked up the account and told me who set up the account I told here yes I
know that person and I now that person did not set up this account she told me well it
that's the case then we'll just credit your account back $44.85 she tried to credit my
account only 3 credits when I was due 6 credits she said that she authorized to credit only
3 credits and she told me that they would close the account so then I got mad and ask to
speak to a supervisor, threatened to call my lawyer and threatened to file complaints
against them witch I doing now.

Ok so now after waiting on the line for 6 mins for a supervisor witch the person I was
talking to told me it would be 2 mins I get supervisor Enrique whom witch I think was

hoping I would've hung up by the time he got on the line what a joke but Enrique seemed
nice.

Enrique told me that he was sorry for my troubles and that he would credit my account back
the 6 payments of 14.95 each. That's $89.70 these scammers where trying to steel from me and
I told Enrique thank you and I will be file complaints about them.

Now whats strange is the company called Email Discount Networks LLC 1-800-730-8199 listed
on my bill all so for 14.95 all billed on the same date witch uses the same billing agent
witch is Enhanced Services Billing Inc. I think all of these thieves are all in this together along with
the phone company AT&T witch are the one's that are authorizing these scammers to bill you through
you phone bill monthly in my case its through my internet service bill.

These services are being signed up for at the web site http://usprizedraw.com when people Register
with them. They use your email, phone number, and other contact info to get the phone company to
authorize them to charge you on you phone as a third party under other company charges.Now that's
just low down and sorry.

Ok I just got of the phone with Email Discount Networks LLC 1-800-730-8199 on 12/15/09 at
3:00 pm ET now this call went a lot smother I got Fate Mayer on the line and she looked up
the account and told me who set up the account I told here I didn't know that person and she
told me well it that's the case then we'll just credit your account back the $14.95 now this
lady was real smooth she was trying the hurry up to give me a conformation number so she
could get me off the phone and run with the rest of my money that had been stolen from me by
them.

Very coning and nice all at the same time people don;t fall for it now that's another
$89.70 that these scammers where trying to steel from me.

Both Scammers told me that the accounts would be closed, my phone number would be blocked
from there system and that it would take 1-2 billing cycles for the credits to reflect on my phone bill
well we'll see. Always CHECK YOUR PHONE BILLS very well every month.
