I had a very bad erperience with att. Due to a injury I am unable to walk well. att had a disprut with me about my bill inwhich they took two payments for one bill. I had to call them about 30 are 40 times. Inwhich about 4 out 5 were very rude.were not profesional.Gave the wrong information. hang up on the customer. Also would say things like let me tell you about your bill. even though you paid your bill they would say. you did not pay your bill. tell you this is not my problem. I will not be able to help you because you are lying about your bill even though the information is in front of them on the screen. they also had me to fax information in at several different locations before they finally respond. once they did got in contact with me and was told that the FCC was invovle with my case now. They said they would send the payment to my bank and they want me to send it right back. to make me look like I did not pay my bill. Due to a prior incident inwhich they kept my payment for the next following month. I continue to ask the rep why would you send me a check now when you could just credit my account. She ask like she did not understand . WHAT HAPPEN TO GOOD CUTOMER SEVICE? IS ATT DOING SO GOOD UNTIL THEY DO NOT HAVE TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER.

We took a Samsung phone in for service because of buzzing heard during call. The customer service folks told us that the phone had been water damaged. (It had not.) The dot showed red but we asked all the customers currently in the store to check their phones. All Samsung phones had red dots -- even those that worked! I'm convinced all Samsung phones get the red dots so that the company doesn't have to honor its warranty. What a rip off! Don't buy a Samsung phone. They will not honor the warranty. What a bunch of crooks!

I chose to cancel whatever your plan was on the ringtones. I havent downloaded any tones besides, I would like to be taken off that list. I dont want anything charged to my phone because i havent used any of your services.
