Inaccurate Credit information
Franklin collections has put inaccurate information on my credit file. I supposedly had an account with Bell South or AT&T in 1986, which the statue has runn out to report anything on my credit file. They have on my credit report that I opened an account in April of 09, which is totally false. Please help me resolve my problem with Franklin Collections.

overcharging
this is the worse phone system for inmate calling in the world.they pass the buck back to the jails.they say the jail puts a block on your phone if you exceed your limit.even if you have paid your bill you still have to prepay tham to get connected to your family in a jail facility.the least being 25.00 then they charge you 4.95 out of every 25.00 you put on your account.the call from texas are 16.70 for 15 minutes.so if you put in 25.00 .so if you deduct 4.95 that leaves 20.05, then subtract 16.70 from that 3.35.but then that money dissapears.you would think if you put 25.00 in a week and have 3.35 left in a thirty day period you would have at least13.40 in your account.and you could use that up till if ran out of time for that amount of money.but at 1.12 a minute i guess not they keep that money its not kept on you account.and their customer service people are the rudest, flat out if you want to talk to your family members you will have to prepay or not talk to them.that they can not unblock your phone, only a one time curesty.no more, they are alway over talking you you cant same anything they cut you off.how can they get by with this kind of billing and service.why hasnt the fcc stepped in and done something about the way they charge inmate families? yes they are in jail but why does the families have to suffer for such outragous charges . can someone please give me an answer?they have us stopped in our tracks we either pay their high charges or we dont talk to our families.pissed off in ohio, son in tx.

FAIR POINT SUCKS
I paid my first two bills on time and in their entirety. I also had their dsl service. It was crappy. I cancelled it and planned to pay for the service used at a later date. I was on the lifeline program. My service was cancelled for not paying for dsl. Then after I raised sand it was restored but with no calling features. I HATE THIS COMPANY. However, I am stuck because chattahoochee doesn't have any other options.

UNLAWFUL CHARGES
Charges on my Verizon phon bill that I did not apply for or had any contact with the company (ESBI). The charges just showed up on my regular phone bill.

Bill
We got a bill from collections stating we owe $193.90 if we owe this why wasn't we billed until now we have been at this adress and phone number for a year. and when we left the address 644 east candlelite we were all caught up. so what is going on did they not disconnect us and somebody else used our phone number or what I would like a response to this. and also some proof to see if these are our numbers and if so and it's our bill we will pay it. Thank you!

didn't want it
I was reviewing website my nephew put together and was invited to take a quiz. As I waited forthe results I was asked for information and had to repeatedly refuse offers. Today in my spam/scam folder I found an email telling me that I had signed up for phone service which would be billed to my home phone (not in my name) and that $16.88 would be added to my bill each month. I have not yet been able to contact anyone in that company to stop this charge.

Unservicibility!
My telephone numbering 2444 8222 is out of service for more that 36 hours and though a specific complaint was made under docate no.5751 dated 21.07.06 no action has yet been taken by your good office to restore the line to me creating a lot of inconvinience . Please restore my line immediately or allow me to have a 2nd phone free of charge as promised in todays newspaper.
