My recent statement from Frontier included a third party billing for the amount of two entries of $14.95 on behalf of Phoneticom LLC. In searching Google I found the website advertising their "Emergency Message System" service provided for a monthy charge. That is the first I have ever heard of this company or service, and did not purchase their services. I have contacted Onan and indicated as such and it is being removed from my bill.
