I never thought I would ve scammed twice by the same people, www. Phonevolts.com and Unlockcodes.ie (subsidiary site of Phonevolts), but it happened.:(
I went and bought a whole bunch of items for myself and friends as gifts but all their phone accesssories turned out to be worthless cheap imitation junk. All items displayed on their site Phonevolts.com were MISLEADING and turned out to be completely different products!!. The Nokia Batteries were cheap knock offs and made my phone begin to overheat ( I had to throw the others away!!!)
I was told before purchasing by Sales guy/owner Alan donohoe, that all items were as seen and that they were all original products .LIE!!!
To make matters worse at the very same time I was being ripped off by Phonevolts.com, my girlfriend was about to be scammed by their other site unlockcodes.ie!!!.
She emailed Unlockcodes.ie and asked them could they unlock her N95 phone, the response was an affimative YES! and that she would recieve the code within 24 hours. The next day she recieves an email saying that they had no code availible for her phone, and that she could use her credit to lock another phone if she wished! and referred her to t and c's. Having put in her phone details and payment being accepted you would expect they would have flagged up their inability to unlock before this. This is a blatant scam on the part of unlockcodes.ie. Unlockcodes.ie TRICKED her out of her money and didn't even bother to respond to further emails requesting an refund!!!.
I feel like an idiot for letting this happen to me.
Beware of Internet scammers on the internet folks!!!
