*We used them for our wedding in July and we have had nothing but absolute problems with them. We got a few really good pictures, but the majority of them were overexposed.
*They lied to us from the beginning making us believe we would get what we were looking for at a good price. *Then they tricked my mother and made her believe the Proof CD and the Photo CD were the same thing and she paid an additional 200 dollars for what she thought was what we wanted when she signed the contract. *After we got our Proof CD and confronted them about the situation the manager told my husband "what is said behind closed doors and what is written on a contract are two different things." Basically that is admitting to lying to us the whole time and it was only the start of the ongoing hell they put us through.
*They wanted to charge us 860 dollars for the photo cd (which is what we wanted from the beginning and what my mom thought she was paying extra for).
*He told me that we got the cheapest package (because we only wanted to CD which we didn't get) and he said we needed the larger packages before getting the cd. But if you actually look at the packages, NONE OF THEM HAVE THE CD!!! and on top of that none of the large, expensive packages even contain that many pictures in the album!
*After looking in to the scam aspect of this company further we came to a very quick realization that the EXACT same thing (almost verbatim) has happen to many people before.
*The account manager would never call us back and on the rare occasion that he would, it would be minutes before he would leave the office, if we asked to call him right back after we discussed the new situation he would leave the office without a word and yet again it would take days to get a hold of him again.
*He screened our phone calls until finally I confronted the receptionist about it when she yet again said he was on the phone, and he finally answered within seconds.

I could go on, but I think I made my general point. It has become very apparent to us that this is the way they run their business. DO NOT USE THEM!
