I purchased a hard copy of Photoshop Extended CS4 and was unable to load it onto my Windows 7 computer. Adobe admits to having problems with Windows 7 but there is no support for these problems. The link to "trouble installing" is "broken" if you call the tech line, you will be on hold for 30 or 40 minutes before you give up. There is no other way to get support; the chat doesn't work half of the time (and is not for installation problems) and there is no email support.

Therefore, I downloaded the "trial" version hoping that it would help, but now I have a version that has only a few working features. The product is worthless and there is NO customer support. I was better off with my very old version that was nearly free.
