My fiance` called this so called customer service hotline regarding her significant health issues, and desperate need for her medication. well today is good friday and she wasnt aware her doctors office was closed. well this customer service rep or Asshole from hell as i prefer to nickname him, pretty much screams at her and says shes slurring and is addicted to her meds. well this woman has a fused spine, chronic, profuse intestinal ailments, severe migraines, full body aches from arthritis, bone degeneration and thats just some of her hell. I Now get on the phone. I tell him hes an ignoramus and needs to go back to customer service training immediately or quit his job because hes terrible at it.
I also mentioned the fact, that I could barely understand him, he had the thickest Indian accent Ive ever heard around these parts. I tell him this and he accuses me of being racist and that im the one who doest speak english well..interesting, a college grad in english, along with a born and raised upbringing in scranton, pa. I told him if he doesnt tone his horrendous attitude down, im reporting him to the joint commission and pa medical board
