I went in for my instant passport pictures on Nov. 11, 2008, and there the store manager, Corey took my pictures and charged me the full price of 21.63$. After taking the pics and charging me.. he realized that there was no ink in the printer and told me to return the next day. I asked him for a refund and he said that he wasn't able to do one there. So I returned the next day, and Amarice was there another sales associate who didn't knwo anything about my problem..and told me to return again. After returning again on Nov. 23, 08, Amarice said that Corey quit and she couldn't give my refund either.. after asking her several times who I could call.. she finall ygave me the customer service line where I could get my refund back.
Horrible customer service...!!!
