I wanted to file an official complaint about Pictavision. My husband and I were charged an illegal charge by Pictavision on our last bill when a third party decided to send us something of which we were unaware. When I called ATT the gentleman was very understanding and applied a blocker to our account so this won't be a problem again...for us. To think that the FCC is allowing a third party to stick their hands in our pockets just -because- is ridiculous. There should be a little more common sense on FCC's end in which this is their JOB so that anyone with a cell phone doesn't have to deal with this and so the cell phone companies don't have to continue to credit accounts.
