I ordered Flowers for Valentine's Day over a month in advance for delivery on Feb 12. I called twice to confim delivery and both times were told that it would be within an hour. Finally I called back at 8pm on Feb 12 to complain and was told "Would you like to cancel your order then?". This was 8pm, I was told that the flowers would be delivered by 3pm. Then the person I spoke with didn't apologize or anything, he was more concerned about canceling my order and getting me off the phone.
I will never order from Piccolos again. I hope losing my business forever was worth it and I will communicate this to my work, 500+ employees on how bad Piccolos is.
