The only time I have ever been ripped off. Ordered UGG boots. Came in a damaged box that had UGG Australia printed on front. Clearly FAKE boots. Have sent over two dozen emails attempting to get address to return them for full refund. Each time I get runaround emails from the company. Paypal won't go after them. BEWARE!!!
