wait time/customer service
I had an appointment to have my Grandaughers Easter and 6 month pictures taken at 1 pm on 3/3/2010. I arrived there about 15 minutes early and my son and daughter in law arrived shortly after me. The lady in the studio did not even recognize my son, daughter in law or grandaughter but went on waiting on another lady and her son. At 2:10 pm we had still not been waited on and by this time my grandaughter is not the happy, girl that she was at 1 pm and she was tierd and crabby so we left, knowing that she would no longer smile for pictures. I called 1-701-658-7218, which is the number posted in the studio for the district manager to discuss your experience at the studio. I received a message saying to leave your name, number and message and that she would get back to me. My daughter in law also left a message and we did not get called back so on 3/4, I called and left another message and still did not receive a call beck. I am very frustrated, as these pictures are very important to me and they drove 70 miles one way to have them taken. I think they should at least have the common courtesy to return our calls and hear our complaints. Don't say you will call back if you have no intentions of it.

photo session
I took my son's (2 1/2 & 5 months at the time) to get their Christmas pictures done. I scheduled online for a 3:30pm appointment. I showed up at 3pm & the whole area where the photography center was, was packed so I stood back & waited for it to die down. Plus I was waiting for my husband to arrive & was worried if I told them I was there early, they might get me in early. WRONG. My husband called around 3:15pm & said he was in the parking lot so I got in line & told them I was there. The associate told me they were currently on their 2:45 appointment, after that they had a 3:00pm appt, a 3:15 & then my boys. Keep in mind it was about 3:25 at this time. The kid in the back for the 2:45 appt was screaming & it took forever to get done. The associate told me their corporate office was booking people every 15min, so they were a little behind. Do they really think you can get quality shots in 15min & then expect people to buy a lot of pictures?? The 3pm appt was a family w/ mutiple adults & children. When one of the ladies w/ that party heard the 3:15 never showed up, she told the associate she wanted that appointment. She saw me w/ 2 little boys & just tried to take the appointment right in front of me! By the time everybody was done it was nearly 4:30 & my boys were fussing (they were in great moods when we got there). Our photographer, was very nice & she came out & got us & that same lady told her she wanted the 3:15 (keep in mind it was 4:30 now & this lady didnt even have her own appt, she was w/ another family). You could tell the photographer was kind of annoyed by her too so she told her she'd take her but started rattling off all these additional fees & that specials couldnt be used so that lady changed her mind (thank goodness!). We got back there & the pics were cute, but did not capture the true personality of the kids b/c they were fussing. I didn't bother doing outfit changes like I planned on & only got a few poses. I came out & was just so exhausted & another lady kept me there for an hour trying to sell me stuff. I was cranky, there were only like 5 pictures to choose from & I just wasnt in the mood. That lady was very pushy & annoying. I didn't end up buying much. Which is stupid on their part. Had they scheduled their appointments better they would have had happy babies, more poses & more $$$$ spent!! NEVER AGAIN!

I walked into this studio about a month ago, on a whim, with my 5yr old thinking it would be fun to get some "candid" shots with props.

Sadly, they didn't have any props other then fake flowers or numbers. What kind of studio doesn't have props??!!

I did it anyways, chose my backgrounds, as this very rude, heavily jersey accented woman named Terry proceeded to talk to my 5 yr old in this high pitched whiny baby voice. **I** don't even speak to my kid like that! It was like fingernails on a chalk board!

When I suggested she speak normally, she was offended - and continued with the voice. My son just stared at her like she was crazy - wouldn't smile (well duh!) and this sooo wasn't the fun time I was expecting. She did nothing but that irritating voice to make my son smile - which didn't work. She had no other tricks up her sleeve. NONE.

After an hr of trying new things, and nothing working - the pictures being mediocre at best, Terry then begins to alter the photo's in the viewing room, making these god awful collages, and turning photo's black and white, etc.

I asked her to please stop - I don't want anything she's making, I only want the advertised package. Nothing came out very well, and my son had had enough at this point. (screaming in his stroller)

Terry refused to stop - refused to order just my package stating company policy mandates her to create these items I don't want, and since it is time stamped, to please bare with her, she will do what she is required to do, and get me out of there asap.

Not good enough. I told her thanks for nothing, and to cancel my session. She said she couldn't cancel it, but if I didn't want to order from it, or if I changed my mind at a later date, they would be available for 60 days...

At this point I was out of patience, and asked for her managers contact info. Obviously this girl needed some training in customer service - when she said she was the District Manager, I almost lost my lunch! No wonder there's so many complaints online! They're all being trained by this woman!

I literally walked out of there with my screaming 5yr old while she sat on her fat ass still talking about me possibly wanting these mediocre photo's that my child could've taken!
No. No. And no!

This was suppose to be a fun, spur of the moment thing, that turned into a frustrating few hrs compliments of Terry, and her lack of photography/kid/people skills. The DISTRICT MANAGER!!

I was told I could view my photos online. I wen to the website given and was not able to find where to view photos. I called the store they did not know what to do or where to go. This made me very upset!

size of pictures
I'm very disappointed and upset with the company for changing the size of the wallets. I mean come on, the wallets that are called the wallets are too big for a wallet slot, does anybody that came up with this size of wallets actually have a wallet slot that size. My husband and I don't and none of my relatives or friends I given the pictures to, do either, they are also disgusted with the size. I would give them the next size down except it is so small you can barely see the picture and I feel like I'm jipping them if I give them one of those. You have these huge so called wallet size and then this itty bitty size, there is no in between. I also have this frame I put thier picture in for every month and thanks to you changing the size, the big are too big and the small ones too small. Thats because you guys' wallets are not actually wallets. I think you should really reconsider changing this, it's ridiculous, I can't imagine no one else has commented about this.

recieve my pictures 15 days after they were taken
Due to my previous experience, I will NEVER have pictures taken there again or refer a friend. I am very irate and agitated with this company and their unprofessional employees. On Feb 25Th I took my sons a 1yr and 3yr old to get spring pictures taken at a Picture Me Portrait Studio. I had a appointment schedule for 3:00 that afternoon, when I got there I was told that they couldn't take the picture because the camera was broken and they are still waiting on a piece to fix the camera. I asked why no one called to tell me that the camera was broken the young lady then replied that "she didn't know" and look in the files then pulled out my appointment form and said they had the form in the wrong slot. she then went on to say that if I could get across town to another studio that I could get me picture taken there if I hurry.

So I got my kid and put them back in the car and went to the other studio. when I got there I had to wait about 1hr to a hour in a half before the pictures were taken, by that time my kids were agitated. After the pictures were taken I paid in full and was told that the pictures would be available on march 5Th. on a Thursday So on March 5Th I waited until 4:00pm to go pick the pictures up. when I got there I was told that the pictures weren't there yet and they will call me when the come. I then asked again why didn't someone call me to tell me that the pictures weren't there and again I got a "I don't know" were sorry. I then informed them that I was going out of town and that I need those pictures to give to family. At this point I'm upset that twice I have been given the I don't know deal and I waited gas to do something at the fault of this company. So I called corporate office in regards to this matter and was told by a young lady that the pictures were in the process of being printed and will FedEx to the branch and she will then have them FedEx to me at my vacation address on Monday and that I should receive the pictures no later than the 10Th of March. So it's the 12Th and I called corporate office and was told that my pictures have just being sent out. I advise them that it has been 15 day and I wanted to cancel the order due to the unprofessional service I have been given and the length of time that it is taken to get my photos. I was advise that they couldn't cancel the order because the pictures has been sent out. I asked if I could bring the picture back for a full refund I was advise that they couldn't refund me the full refund but they could do half because the pictures were mailed to me by regular mail when it was suppose to be FedEx.

I have advised my friend and family of this matter and they will not take picture there again. will I never refer anyone and will advise everyone of my services.

Poor quality photos, no frame, poor photographer
In early January, we had a family portrait taken at Walmart in North Versailes PA. We were very unhappy with the photographer. She was not good working with the 4 children in our family and was not good at centering the group in the lense.
We ordered a large picture (I think it was 12" x 20") of the entire family and were told it would come with a frame. When my daughter picked up the pictures, there was no frame in the box. I distinctly remember asking the photographer about the cost of the frame and was told that was included in the cost of the picture. I feel that since the photographer told me the picture would come framed, that it should have been framed. I do not feel that I should have to pay extra to have the portrait framed when the cost of having it framed was included in the cost of the portrait.
My daughter has complained about the poor quality and about the photographer, too. She was offered a free retake which is almost impossible to do. She and her family live in Pennsylvania as does my other daughter. However, my husband & I live in Wisconsin. And, my daughter has 4 children. She has difficulty just scheduling a portrait session for the children, not to mention the entire family. She was offered coupons for free sheets at her next sitting but has not received them as yet. sorry ass company to work for
First off, let me say that my name is Stephanie Gates and I WAS a studio manager for this piss poor company for almost 5 years and it didn't start getting pissy until a trashy ass, inbred bitch name Cheryl Kerly took it over. She has got to be the FAKEST BITCH I have ever encountered. These bitches do nothing but smile in your face and talk shit behind your back. This studio is 10009, in Sikeston, Mo. I have busted my ass, spent countless amounts of my own money for props and other shit that they won't send or provide. They want you to do the impossible- book a minimum of 10 appts. a day and shoot at least 10, then on top of that they want you to "treat this like your own business". Fuck that! For a measly 12.00 bucks an hour, Bitches please! The shit they ask you to do-astinine! That tramp Cherly sent me an e-mail and told me that if a butt isn't on the table at 10:30, then drag one into the studio- how preposterous is that. The only thing in Wal-Mart at 10 in the morning is old people and the associates. How in the hell do you do that. Strong-arm an old ass lady and force them to take the pictures and then sell the gereatric a 199.99 collection, oh what a wonderful deal- 2 collages come with that right? If you guys didn't know, this company took over this shit without realizing that people don't come to Wal-Mart for "quality" pictures- they go elsewhere, where photography is a priority. This shit is a joke. All they want you to do is push around the old pictures and that stupid ass paperwork. Come on now, they act like this is real photography. They try to keep track of this shit down to a science, for what? These studios are to small to put your coat in let alone the ignorant ass filing system. Do they realize how many people come just for fun. They don't take this company seriously and they shouldn't. I'm gonna do EVERYTHING in my power to hurt this bullshit ass company, they will feel me-just wait. I know EVERY SINGLE Customer that walks in that damn door and I will let them know what kind of bullshit that goes on! These bitches will be sorry and like I said, that studio will take a hit like they've never seen. And I hope they read this. That's why i put my name on this because I want one of them to say something and when they do, It's on and poppin' . Which I expect some replies, but will one of you bitches have enough guts to put your name- full name and where you're from? I dare you!

Unprofessional behavior
My daughter in-law and I took my 2 grandsons to the PictureMe Studio at the Georgetown Wal Mart on 11/22/08 to get their Christmas pictures taken.
We did not have an appointment and was no big deal for us to sit and wait. There was a couple in the studio getting their childrens pictures taken when we arrived. We sat in the waiting area and after about 20 or 30 minutes that couple came walking and and said good luck with him taking yall's pictures.
The guy (Robert) came out to get us after a few minutes and proceeded to tell us sorry about that couple. He told us they were angry because he told them they had to sit by their children at all times and then he said they asked him if he had ever had sex or did he have children.
He did not listen to us when we kept telling him we wanted Christmas pictures. He said he only had 2 Christmas scenes and a winter wonderland scene. He also insisted that we us the blue sky background which we kept saying we did not want to use. We wanted their picture by them selves to be in front of the Christmas tree but we didn't get that.
He started showing us how you can add back grounds and borders. We kept saying we didn't like those but he wouldn't listen and kept on adding them. He then started showing us the different packages and their prices. When he had gone through all of the packages my daughter in-law picked up the display he had been using to show us the prices so she could figure out whet she wanted and he snatched it out of her hand.
I finally decided to just get the CD for 119.00 and make my own copies so I didn't have to deal with him anymore.
He did not need to tell us what was said between him and another customer. He did not need to pressure us into getting scenes we did not want and he certainly did not need to jerk that display out of my daughter in-laws hand.
I do love most of the pics but wished he would have listened and taken their individual picturs in their pj's in front of the Christmas tree. It would have been nice to have more than 2 scene to chose from also.

I have no complaint. I think she was great with my daughter and son. She was patient and friendly. She helped me out with the best offer for my money with the pictures.
