The Good Side:
I work at a portrait me studio though the Christmas season I have excellent customer’s service skills and I sold many packages ranging from $80, $157 to $ 200 my customers loved my work. My customer’s Love the fact that I spent the time to get the perfect pose weather they bought a small package or a large Package. I treated all my customers the same. I can remember one customer in particular, she had a little Girl, and her sister had a baby girl with a half a brain. The mom with the disable child just wanted to see her little girl smile in her portrait. I shot 22 portraits and only got 1 little smile from the disable child. They still Purchase a large package, because I took the Time to obtain what they wanted.
The Bad Side:
The way; I was treated as an employee was the worst. The job stated paid training that never happen. I did not need training on shooting my Photo’s nor fixing them. An employee their named Carlton Screamed at me, Pulled papers out of my hands and many of my Customers walked out, that had purchased a large package, because Carlton was so rude to me. Carlton Stood behind me while I was with a customer and made ugly remarks or while I was doing a photo shoot Carlton Would pull the Camera away from me
Extra Photos, ordered that my customers did not order. My customers said if it was them being treated that way, they would have just stood their and cried. I left my job many times so sick that I thou up. There is; no excuse for the way I was treated; by Carlton or picture me Studios. Carlton also acted as if I mess up pictures on the wall and took a card reader I did not, none of my customers liked Carlton however they loved me that says a lot!
I am a Christian woman and I do not lie nor am I ever rude to anyone!
It is against the law to harass an employee to the point that they are sick
Rachel; another employee, said if was ok to take photos that the customers did not want that was a lie too, she took stacks of photos! I cannot believe that this happened to me and nothing was done about it the way I was treated by Carlton did effect my work one hundred percent!
Wendy the district manger said she was going to fix the Problem she never did when I called Wendy she did not return my calls!
