I ordered several inkjet cartridges on August 12, 2010. By August 24th I didn't receive my order but it was charged to my account. Fortunately, I didn't place a large order so I wasn't going to get burned for a huge sum if things didn't work out. When I didn't receive any response to emails and phone calls, I initiated a dispute through PayPal. Piloshop responded to their first contact from PayPal by saying they would look into it and reply ASAP. I didn't receive anymore response from them. Since you only have so many days to initiate a dispute I escalated my complaint with PayPal. Thank goodness registering with PayPal proved to be a good choice. I had the charges reversed and credited to my charge account by September 7th.
This company should not be allowed to operate.
