My wife an I booked the PTP to handle our wedding because it sits in a beautiful location. We know that the decor was outdated after visiting, but were willing to deal with it because we wanted to enjoy the area. We were shown a honeymoon suite that we were to get the night of our wedding, and we decided to book. Our wedding night we requested the room key and found that we did not in fact receive the room we were promised, but a normal room down the hall. We settled into our room, my wife went into the bathroom and found a large cockroach scurrying across the floor.

This also happened in the room next door to ours. We had many guests from out of town that also had terrible experiences, ranging from no hot water, toilets not flushing, dirty/stained/smelly rooms. Overall, our experience with PTP has been a nightmare. We shared our experience with two employees on two different occasions who promised the owner/manager would contact us, which has not happened yet.

My wife has pictures of the cockroach on her phone, so if you are interested, we will email them to you. Don't make the same mistake we did, do NOT book a room here. They provide a terrible product, and show no initiative to correct their mistakes.
