I ordered Pink Ugg boots as a xmas present on 15th December 2009. Had confirmation of the order and tracked order all the way through using the courier "EMS". It stated dispatched from sorting centre (Shanghai - 19th December 2009) with numerous entries, such as released by customs (28th December 2009) to the final stage on the 29th December 2009 where it states that a Mr Townsend signed for my package, but even to this day we have never received it but the company has my money.
