They lied to me when they knocked on my door said they was with my current alarm co. They said they needed to change my batteries come to find out they was from pinnacle alarm co. They offered more coverage for the same money I agreed I agreed to a two way system with cellular backup had trouble with alarm system at that time the technician informed me that I had a celluar unit . Which is not what we agreed upon had trouble with system they said I would have to pay for technician I am going to cancel because they lied to me about my system plus I am not paying to jave they're equipment worked on .don't buy alarm system from a door to door company they are a ripp off had trouble getting put of contract with monotronics also
