Best Buy ceek squad sold me computer, pinnicle software and set it up assuring all would work for the the projects I wanted to accomplish IT HAD NEVER WORKED PROPERLY!!! I have gotten ONE movie from this software even after buying upgrade program I had to pay Internal Technical support to get the video off of my computer. then as I was making my video I t paid 39.00 for additional transistions which can not be used can not figure out were they are but sure eneogh I have a charge on my card for something that does not work!!! I am going to scrap all of pinncle and use windows!!! I am pissed for the money I spent on Pinnicle


I have been trying to work with Pinnacle for 3 years, after completing my video It would not copy to movie, DVD or cd. I have a charge on my credit card for 39.00 I thought I could download addional transistions and nothing downloaded / No one to call No classes I can take, My Internal Technical suppopaying bucks for ) said pinnicle having problems what, where are you to go.
